- Salt to taste

Roast the tomatoes, garlic, and onion until lightly charred to enhance their rich flavor.
In the Molcajete Yolia, grind the garlic, onion, and chiles until you achieve a smooth paste.
Add the roasted tomatoes and grind them until smooth.
